Lakers need to showcase Ball's talent and then ship him out in the AD package.
Real talk though, Rondo looks like he's balling, I love the idea of Rondo and LeBron together on a contender. Ingram might be untouchable right now, otherwise Ball should be as good as gone and KCP, Kuzma, and Hart are all on the hot seat. Figure out which one or two of those guys who don't want to part with and package the others, through Beasley in there too if you need salary or Moe if you need more young assets. But whatever you do, don't keep Ball.
AD for Ball, KCP, Kuzma, Hart, Moe, the 2019 first and the 2021 first. No other team could pile on that many young assets into one deal. Then you sign Kawhi in the summer.

The defense. The passing. The matchup terror you could cause. If Ingram makes the leap, that team is legit terrifying. And it would have a chance of challenging the 2014 Spurs as the smartest team in NBA history.
