I'm am a miser. I would never be cheap at dinner or with tips because I think it's rude. I have a stack silviers bars, and sometimes I just look at it and smile.. It feels good.

Honestly, I only spent 900 dollars on my wife's wedding ring. I told her every year that I would buy her a better one, but I never did.

I once broke up with a girl before V-day because I didn't want to spend any money her. Then I got back with her a month later. I made a thread about it in TLR a loooong time ago if anyone remembers that.

I'm starting at new job soon, and I'm taking huge pay cut down to 53K (the resume boost will take me up to 150K+ soon), so I am basically going to be poor a while. What can I do?
