Outside looking in, that's what people will say. But internally the team is shocked how bad the kid is.

What don't you understand about this? He has has not flashed as all. Three weeks will not solve the issues that Manziel has. He's struggling processing the playbook, is overmatched physically, and can't read a defense. That in combination with his off field issues is why their is concern inside the building that Manziel will be more glitter than gold at this level of football.
