he added another notch by stating the obvious in that hoyer is a bit more experience so he should be starting?
and its not like hoyer himself has been that impressive
no, hes been shytting on the manziel pick from day 1 saying he wasnt close to a 1st round pick or franchise QB

this isnt just about Hoyer starting, its about Manziel not living up to expectations

Optimistic But I Got Hands Tho
seriously will hoyer keep the starting all 16-17 weeks :sas2:

Johnny starting QB by Week 8.

Wouldn't surprise me if Hoyer started and Grossman finished the year.

The offense is going to be abysmal without Gordon. The defense will keep them in games but they need all the help they can get at WR.

Grossman probably would be the starter right now if he was in shape by default.

Manziel still needs to learn the playbook, learn how to read a defense, make the proper progressions, and mature as a player/person.

Johnny will know the playbook by Week 8. if the browns arent .500 by week 8, expect johnny m to take the reigns

I run 5.4
4.2 is crazy
I ran a 4.49 in HS. :obama:

that's fast, but trust me, I've been on a field with nikkas that run 4.2 (Justin Vargas, Steve Smith) and once you get below 4.35, its absolutely ridiculous how fast those speeds cut through grass. Those are 1%ers, elite of the elite. gifted speed.

Probably better for his career that he sits this year like Aaron Rodgers.
Aaron Rodgers was always good. LMAO @ you acting like Manziel sitting behind a career back up is gonna turn into Aaron Rodgers. Guess just like a great OL was gonna turn Trent Richardson into Emmitt Smith :bryan:

In Dallas, From Cleveland
As a Browns fan, I believe it was the right move. I was hoping Hoyer would look better than he has so far and I think Manziel will be fine and benefit from being on the sidelines and seeing the game from that perspective.....

Just throwing him in there week 1 when he isn't ready benefits no one. Especially if he doesn't play well and is in over his head

He'll definitely get his chance at some point in the season and I think he'll be better prepared

don't understand the happiness behind this if your a Browns fan, Hoyer is 28 and sorry. this is a hindrance
Incompetence is incompetence. It has nothing to so with being happy about the move or not. They never should have drafted Manziel in the first place.

The H
Johnny need to stop fkicng around and study a playbook. He's better than Hoyer, but not putting in work and expecting to start? Delusional on his part.

For those that think Manziel will get ' his shot' to play later this season, well that has already happened. The team has already given Manziel ' his shot' to play the second he was drafted.

But Manziel failure miserably across the board.

Now.. Manziel certainly may get ANOTHER shot, but it won't come without a price. And that's the cost of leaving a bad impression with the team on and off the field since he was drafted.
