Some of yall nikkas are too much

They setting up the story brehs
Yall see the Browns first 6 games
They will at the most win 1 of them
Then comes Johnny Savior in week 7 vs the Jags
Win
Raiders
Win
Bucs
Win

Then we will not hear the end of it

They setting Hoyer up to fail
He plays Pit twice in the first 5 games andddd the Saints and Ravens

tbh it can go the other way too. if cleveland wins more than expected, especially against a team like NO and hoyer does well, it will be really hard for them to replace him because of public outcry.

he wasn't even drafted to start, terrible thread....

Rapelesberger didn't start his first year
Bwady didn't start his first year
super producer rOMO wasn't starting
flacco wasn't
the gawd dree brews
carson palmer....

the list goes on......
this isn't as terrible as y'all make it sound..
Bolded actually did start in their rookie years. Pittsburgh ended up being the 1 seed and BMore got to the AFCCG.

The problem is, starting with Matt Ryan and Flacco it's now become commonplace for QBs to start from day 1.

all of these qbs kinda lucked out getting to these teams tho, all 3 of the teams were great situation, yes even ATL. PIT and BAL had exceptional defenses and good run game, ATL had good run game and great oline.
PIT and BAL were already built teams who just needed to upgrade the qb from bum to half decent to get better, and they did.

cant remember last time a qb 'lucked out' getting to cleveland :pachaha:

They're covering this like if Manziel doesn't start week 1 he'll never start ever. It always made more sense to let Hoyer start the season with that schedule and him understanding the playbook. Let Manziel sit and set him up better for the long term, especially with no weapons on offense he'd have

:mjlol: you can't be serious.

This is the right move. He's not ready yet and the preseason won't be enough to get him ready. Hoyer has looked like shyt too but he should be able to settle in now that he knows he has the job.

Manziel needs to fall back and study now...whether its 3 weeks or next season he's eventually gonna start.

There was another move? :heh: :deadrose:

:yeshrug: I naturally hate the Browns but give the kid a chance to grow. Look at Tebow, dude got a chance to shine and he won games even tho it was ugly

Yea, the wrong move. If they threw Manziel out there then they couldn't just take him back off if he struggled, which would probably be the case since the Browns play PIT,NO,BAL the first 3 weeks.

He was actually with B-more before he wound up in Pittsburgh for good if Im not mistaken. Imagine Ray Lewis, Terrell Suggs, and James Harrison all on the same defense :damn::ohlawd:
