They are significantly Black. Are they 100 percent Black? No. Does that exclude them from being included in the African diaspora and it's history? Makes no sense.

Just because you lived in New York doesn't mean you've "traveled: ..So we are recognizing the admixture by these people identifying as their country of origin? Mixed isn't overstated.
