My point is people don't need to stop smoking weed to get a job. That in 5 years no business will enforce the right to refuse someone because they test positive for THC. I then compared this to how jobs have the ability to refuse someone a job due to alcohol in the system but usually do not, then he kept trying to make examples out of the few jobs that refuse to hire you based on alcohol which were almost exclusively in the field of transportation. Basically his point was that "young black males" need to stop smoking weed to make big business happy. At some point I pointed out that the first step is business owners who are trying to uplift their own community (the black owned business the coli is always tahmbout) need to stop screening for weed, that would allow people to partake in a substance that isn't dangerous and is becoming legal in more and more places every year. Also there will be good jobs in the cannabis industry once shyts nationally legal.
