Facts. This shyt light work. When I played we preferred to get yelled at than get drilled to death (pause)I had a football coach like that when I was 12-13 and my HS basketball coach was that way too.
If they thought you were playing scared, soft or stupid they would be ready to whoop your ass...![]()

I know they getting paid. But pro leagueI'm sure most of us that played sports growing up had a coach that was doing too much, but this is a pro league. You can't be out here trying to punk your players![]()

Don't compare a 9-5 job to sports. It ain't the same. Nick Saban coaches like this to his players and he's won like 5 championships in the last decadeDoesn't make it good.
He doesn't look like he's in control of himself and he's not making an impact on his player. The guy is just waiting for him to end.
When I coached I'm sure there were opposing coaches who brought this energy to the kids, but they were idiots. Not only is it not really helpful, it's some awful role-modeling. Seriously, when in life would you expect to see a manager act this way to an employee and consider it professional or productive? There ain't NO kind of work situation in life where acting like this kind of fool is going to make the workplace work better.
KIDS?
I'd fire him asap. Keep that energy away from those kids. K.C. Jones is turning over in his grave.![]()

I saw coaching like this make Willie Green a nba player for over 10 plus years
