Show me a 5 videos (you said plenty exist) where a black man was waving a gun at people, a helicopter and ended up not getting blown away.

A 12 yo black boy was shot and killed while handling a toy gun (albeit it looked real) and wasn't even pointing it at anybody
This grown white man was pointing his gun and everyone and their grandmother yet he was subdued with a single bullet wound
There are plenty of stories just like this

And you just lied. Did you not watch the video? He was in fact pointing it at people when they were walking by. The dispatcher should have told the police that the person who called it in, said it might be fake. You don't point realistic looking guns at anybody.
