I will say, the poster that said that some people came just to be in a positive atmosphere talking ideas and business with people that look like us has a point.

I just always feel bad for the people that spend their last (I've known these people for years) to get some info and will leave with nothing, worse off then when they started.

Some people that post here have never been to one of these. I have. Every speaker (except the celebs) end their talk with asking you to join there course, and they make the crowd run down and join right then and there. The best most well known be having you 20k on your credit card, like right there, while people are clapping and cheering.

They're all this way. Outside of the thots who attend these events in order to fukk men for money, no one who attends benefits. Paying $200 for someone to get on a stage and tell you to work harder and network more is insane. That being said there are some things about these guys that I appreciate. They aren't 100% crypto acolytes/scammers, or at least weren't when I last checked months ago. They discuss some legitimate financial products and ideas. And they don't seem to focus on "get rich quick" bs. I like the fact that some black people are becoming more knowledgeable about 401ks, index funds, EFTs, etc. I just hope this channel/movement doesn't descend into simply monetizing the fanbase for bullshyt, like these seminars.

These events are about networking. You meet ppl there that you can build a relationship with, someone that has a similar plan as you, or a potential business partner.

If not, 75% of the information they’re gonna say is already on YouTube for free. Nobody is forcing these nikkas to go.

They were heavy into crypto prior to 2022 I believe and they pivoted when they saw the engagement change
