What makes one look like they date out?

Hmm....hard to explain in typed out words without coming off as too superficial but it's a vibe he gives off, mannerisms. Like code switching and ability to assimilate comes off too natural to him. His character portrayals in movies never come off natural, I can tell he's acting or forcing the role. Like the only "black friend" at a white frat party and he's comfortable with it. But he acts awkward around his own.
