Just about 5 months sober, the weight loss is finally starting. I might have fukked up cause I bought some NA beers on occasion but I felt like those were triggering me to drink the real stuff, and they still have unnecessary calories and carbs.
I'm low key terrified for shyt to open back up
I got a nice lil routine going right now that keeps me insulated from being around alcohol, not sure what imma do when people wanna meet up at bars/restaurants
