Dare sits in an island all by itself

A brilliant album and one of those albums that a great artist has in his caliber that he can never duplicate again because it was a catching lighting in a bottle moment

I know The Source had fallen off by 2001 but I’m really curious to see the reasoning as to why they gave that album 4 mics (according to the Wiki page for the album)

It’s crazy because I don’t remember this review at all and I was buying The Source magazines then too
