Back in 96/97 it was the shyt. They fell off by 98 and started getting bootlegged heavily. You couldn't tell the real fubu from the fake fubu. Then they started that Fat Albert shyt and went down hill from there. It was a decent brand before the knockoffs started killing it.

I remember a dude in high school bought a whole "unit" (remember those) and instead of Platnium Fubu it was just Platinum. Their Fat Albert had a du-rag.

Speaking of fashion trends; as far as women go the goucho and pleated skirts era ended FAR too soon. The right bytch in one of those......
