With all the busts since 2000, I’d say no doubt he was worth being picked in the first round given his career, at the end of the day.

I know he dosent play for the raiders now, but that alone should make it worth it. Now that I think of it, him and the punter they had might be 1 and 2 as far as best players over the last 20 years for the raiders

I haven't been big on the NFL for a while now but growing up, the Bo Jackson era Raiders was my team and it's sad that their best 2 players in recent years have been a fukking kicker and a punter.
