Looking back, what would you guys rate Spike Lee's Bamboozled 2000?

The first time I saw this movie was after highschool around 2006 or so and I didn't really give it a chance because of Damon Wayanes accent. I just watched it again and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Even though it didn't come as a surprise, I think its amazing that this movie was made in 2000 and pretty much predicted the future about the media (vh1,bet,etc i'm looking at you).

I don't think it was as bad as it is now. When I watched the movie I thought about the flavor of love and what that show started. Also nice avi, nocturnum is one of my favorite drinks that only comes second to stone arrogant b*stard.

A lot of people discredit the movie for being so blatantly unsubtle in its satire, but to me that's where its strengths lie. Those parody commercials...
