I will redo my coverletter. Under Ga law it's 1st offenders so my felony will not show up. So no i dont have to check that box.

I understand. I know once i get a job it will be a good paying one. But i'm just having a hard time finding a job. And this un-employment is not cutting it

Ever tried craigslist? There's a ton of scam on there but there's a few legit jobs on there. I got two job offers from that site, one at $13/hr and another at $15/hr.
Took the $13/hr one cuz it offered benefits and room for growth.
But you gotta make sure the jobs you apply for on there are the real deal and not scam.

I don't care what I go on to do, I'm so happy to be blessed with a pretty good career now, and I'll never forget flipping through the yellow pages, cold calling businesses, looking to see if anyone needed work.
At a point, that's all I could do to keep my hope up, so I did it.

I'm always filling out applications because I job hop like a motherfukker on these minimum wage to $10/hour jobs. I got an interview at McDonald's tomorrow (why they'd ever need to "interview" someone is beyond me) - I plan to work there for about five weeks and quit.
Why did you leave State Farm on the first place. I wouldn't recommend leaving a job until you have secured something else first.

even at mcdonalds. and job hopping isn't a good idea either. employers won't hire you if they see that you can't stay at a job for a decent period without a valid reason.
that's the whole point of job searching friend, it's designed to specifically break you down and make you feel worthless.
Looking for a job is no different than a prostitute on a busy strip desperately trying to wave down a trick
