Smart move. I used to have an 05 6 speed TL. The only thing I did was changed all the fluids and replaced the timing belt and water pump. Sold it with 165k and still had the OG clutch which was still in excellent condition. Bought it for $4500 Sold it for $6500 18 months later.

My Research is saying that car has that CVT transmission ,,
it may be still under Warranty, i dont know,, i would leave it alone

It's starting to make sense but in her defense she just got a 2021 Honda Accord and her daughter had it before. It still has factory warranty but I'm apprehensive. I did some research and it still has factory warranty. I ran the Carfax and I only see regular maintenance and it drives good. It was sold to a fleet company and then she bought it for her daughter.
