looking for ps3 hard drive

What kind and where can i buy one?. I bought a 12gb ps3 yesterday, and the only game im interested in playing is 2k14. The install is too large so i found out i need to upgrade the hard drive, smh. Can i buy it in walmart or bestbuy? I need some help guys, thanks.

yep and to answer the thread starter question you are better off getting one at best buy.

Best Buy is usually one of the worst places to buy computer hardware except in isolated cases (I.e. special sales or if you need it immediately). He could find a much better deal in general on Slickdeals.net. There's also the option to buy a portable HDD (if it's one with a laptop drive in it) and remove the drive. I just got a 1 TB from Staples for $30 a month ago that I plan to do the same with..

12 Gbs flash memory. Horrible idea just due to the sheer size of the blu-ray installs. I can understand the 4GB Xbox because many of those games don't require installs.

But it is the cheapest PS3 you can find and they probably thought people would end up shoving a HDD in there anyway.

Nice idea...If I had the option I'd buy that one if all other features are the same...

this is just FYI, but....2 months ago, BB had this on sale for $59....and there was an additional coupon for Gamers Club members (not GCU) for $30 off bringing it to $29. I didnt get one because I missed the $59 sale but still couldve gotten the $30 off, and copped for $69. Being that I dont really need PS3 space now...I passed. I have to think this deal is coming back around....or someone else like Amazon will have it for cheap soon.
