what helped me with Job interviews is not to think of it like that


i tell myself that they wanna meet me, im the star. I control the interview based on how I choose to answer, theres no right or wrong they wanna meet me. Same way the thirsty reporters interview NBA players after a game. The player is the main focus.

this type of thinking improved my performance so damn much, it seems scary cuz its hard not to worry about answering a question correct. But the burden of faking someone your not will fukk you over throughout the interview way worse than a bad answer (which they wont rmb). By thinking your the star your voice ad aswers will be clear, confident and focused.

im not saying tell 100% the truth if they ask shyt like whats your weakness dont say something thatll disqualify you outright. But dont worry about it beyond that

I know too many spergy kids who stare long as fukk and it makes me want to beat them into the ground.

To me, I am a natural nikka that connects with nature.

In nature, sustained eye contact with another individual without conversation or context indicates you want to brawl.

Depends on the situation. I don't look at random people on the street I look past them into the distance. No point in eye contact with random strangers unless there is a question or you want to battle me.

Lately these CACs have been hitting me with some of the weakest handshakes I've felt in my life. It really is subconscious at this point but it makes me interact with them in a completely different way (I become way less interested in who they are).

I was raised by a Man to give a firm handshake not some limp shyt.

Eye contact is always necessary. Even if the other person turns their head, looks down or up....I find a way to walk around, jump or crouch down to maintain eye contact.

Depends who I'm talking to. All gestures, conscious or not, are indicators of where you see a relationship going. I spend a lot of time in crowded areas and eye contact and focus is really all that is necessary to keep everyone from running into each other.
