..Looking doughy shirtless. Getting to a point where you get to look big and shredded in and out of clothes is HARD and indicative of dat dere, but it's what we all want :wow:

I look pretty formidable in clothing but my gut ruins my entire appearance. I'd look like an A&F model if I got these love handles under control. :smh:

I remember you were saying you were gonna try out intermittent fasting. How did that work for you? Are you ripped with a shirt on but doughy with no shirt?

I'm lookin more ripped now shirtless, smaller with shirts. I'm at 216(morning weight) now down from 235-240. Continuing down to 205 where I'll prob look like chiseled granite shirtless but like a casual gymgoer with a shirt on :to:

thats all i can take from it

all my shirts are tapered(as in tapered down to your waist)

Tapered shirts?

They usually have the slim or athletic fit that are tapered around the waist. I look buff in Large size shirt...any long sleeve shirt the arms are tight for me. :wow2:

nah, at 5'11 205 you wont look like a casual gym owner

you wont look like a beast, but it'll be obvious you lift

if you're 200+ pounds and lean thats rare

I'm hoping so. I haven't lost any strength thus far. Makin sure I stay that way

I feel like people don't place enough attention on their delts. Lateral raises, overhead press, rear delt raise, will give your shoulders a round bowling ball look that's very noticeable. You don't see the average gym goer with shoulders like this, for some reason people really neglect their shoulders, but they really make a physique.

Traps and arms will help with that more than anything else, if your arms are atleast half the size of your waist then you'll look big no matter what.
:yes: and neck. I do db shrugs with 145's so that area stay swolen
