Like Brooklyn said go to any photo editing software or use a browser based photoshop client found here www.pixlr.com/editor/ and edit the height of the smiley to 84..save it and then upload it here.

The white background should be gone after that

>save for web and devices
>Preset: PNG-24
>Leave Transparency on
>Upload & Eat
