He stole software that the US uses to hack foreign networks.

US has said cyber attacks are grounds for war and international law says they are illegal.

You do the math, or don't.
The United States has a right, duty, and obligation, to maintain offensive capabilities.

Eat a dikk.

And when you're done with that, learn how and what espionage is.

This dude should get life. :camby:

I'm tired of dudes wanting the US to play by different rules.

Its not illegal to maintain offensive cyber capabilities.

It is you, that does not understand the law.

Yeah but we know the US engages in it, or do you think the world forgot about how Stuxnet got out.
Do you even know what Stuxnet is without doing a google search?

I've been reading about Stuxnet before ya'll probably did. Straight up. Flame virus too. Kaspersky labs and all their FSB ties.

I know ALL about it.

Lets GO there.

Whats also clear is that you have made it clear, that you are not a supporter of the United States in the most fundamental form. I hope you realize this.

These are the stakes. And theres no in-between here.

These people don't give a fukk about you.

I know people who work with people who have been doxxed in these emails. This shyt isn't insignificant.

Hard to believe you know what you are talking about when its confirmed and admitted it was developed by the US and Israel to sabotage Iran (illegally I might add) and then got out and was used to attack the general public.
So lets go all the way there.
Tell me why its okay for the US government to hack into other nations to steal and sabotage them, when it says these things are illegal.

The US says its illegal for other nations to do.

The US permits the US to do these things.

Juggle that

Oh, and I TOTALLY support the multinational effort to hack into the Iranian nuclear program. Excellent work bringing them to the negotiating table.

Its illegal per the US to do what they are doing, that would be the problem. Remember.

You support the US committing in its own words an act of war because it hurt Iran.
Then why would you cry about the supposed russian hacking? Whats good for the goose is good for the gander.

:sas2:

The lack of intellectual consistency or even principle , is always apparent in you hyper nationalist types.

Its not an act of war, when the US does it, according to the US

Because I don't support Russian hacking of US infrastructure.

Laws aren't zero-sum.

I HYPOCRITICALLY elevate American interests, over that of a foreign intelligence service.

Period.

The US stated that offensive state sponsored cyber attacks are an act or war, internationally it is considered illegal. So yes what the US did to Iran, what its objective to do with its NSA and CIA in terms of hacking is illegal by definition.

The law doesn't change depending on the person, if it is the law, it is the law. Now if you are arguing for no rule of law just flat out state the US can do what it wants when it wants and it is not subject to its own domestic laws which restrict it or the international law the government signs on to enforce.

You hypocritically ignore the US government's own prohibitions to the actions that it openly takes.

I got you, should have just said the US government isn't bound by any law from the beginning, would have saved us some time.
