I know a girl that used it that I used to work with, she was a big ol girl but he lost way over 100 lbs using it along with exercise and she didn't get the corpse face. She actually looks really healthy now. I don't know anyone else personally that used it but the weight loss is worth the risk. I have never heard anything about it causing cancer, I'm sure it would be off the market by now of so.

I'm not selling anything short, it allows you to eat very little and feel full. I've used wegovy before to cut weight. I know exactly what it does. It's just a tool in the belt and should be used like how your friend did.

The issue is you have people who are obese, have never workeed out a day in their life and lose a dramatic amount of weight very fast which gives the "ozempic face".

As you said, you're friend looks better than ever because he put other work in. Drug doesn't just give everyone a certain look regardless.
