In the incredibly unlikely event that Finesse actually gets what he wants from this lawsuit (and in the more likely event that he gets nominal damages) this could set a precedent that would stop rappers from using classic beats. It's not as big a deal as it used to be, because mixtapes are much closer to albums than they used to be, but it will still have big repercussions for the way we listen to music.

I think maybe he didn't clear the sample In the first place or dorsnt want I pay for it anymore or something. Maybe there's licensing issues going on with the LF song.
