And none of those songs were made into new songs, and put on mixtapes used and were marquee songs used by the artist to perform at his shows (Id be surprised if they performed any of those songs at their shows to be honest). These "freestyles" were also done on songs that were popular in that moment so if the anything the "freestyles" were making the song more popular therefore promoting the producer as well.

And it Still Remains Again that None of those songs were performed and remade as NEW songs. Except the Whiz song and Ski Beatz cant even sue for that cause both songs are straight loops/rips of the original sample. So whose to say Wiz or one of his producers didnt just rip the sample and spit over it like Ski/Camp Lo did. So for that song the only person that can claim anything is the original owners of the sample.
