the downside is, some of his projects I havent even listened to thoroughly because he was bangin us in the head with them joints every month! should we do a thread with posters ranking his projects?

to me I feel like Dirty Restaurant was his best and RocAmerikkka is in the top somewhere too. This project here is dope too. Top 3 I would have to say.
RocAmerikkka 2 (with Eto) and also produced by Eto is fire, and my other favorites from this year are
- People’s Champ produced by Pete Rock
- Pray for the Evil produced by Mephux
- Hand Me My Flowers produced by Buckwild

I havent been impressed so much by a rapper with as little rapping skill as Flee in a long time. he just put his nose to the grindstone and outworked much more talented artists. and to be fair, he isnt terrible, but rapping is his weakest point. as an Executive Producer and overall artist....he should be really proud. I support and salute him.

Yeah dope summary and this makes perfect sense. Cause him and his crew's motto is "We O.W.E." - "We Out Work Everybody" :wow:

Somebody tell Delgado we need a part 2 asap!
He might as well put Havoc to work.

This batch was great.

Biggie would've killed 'Mac in the Engine'

Edit: love how Havoc used the Pile Raps/Power Rap bounce on 'Bound to Take Losses'.

:ohhh:

I didn't realize Hav used the Pile Raps cadence.

:banderas:

BTW I'll always call it Pile Raps because I really think the QB's Finest tracklist folks just didn't listen. P clearly says "Pile Raps inside my skull cap like a brick stack." Stacking up like bricks. Piling up.

They always fukk stuff like that up with Mobb Deep. :snoop: someone even turned I.M.D.K.V. on Albert Einstein to LMDKV on the digital track listing because on the back of the CD the I looks like an L. But just listen to the song breh. He says IMDKV on the hook. Infamous Mobb Deep King Vultures. :mjcry:

Again, RIP P. Even if this project here isn't the best rapping on earth, I just love that it's dedicated to Prodigy and sounds dope enough to honor him.

RocAmerikkka 2 (with Eto) and also produced by Eto is fire, and my other favorites from this year are
- People’s Champ produced by Pete Rock
- Pray for the Evil produced by Mephux
- Hand Me My Flowers produced by Buckwild

my opinion could change as I go back over these eventually because I only got to listen to some of them once.

in 2020 these stood out to me

Pray 2
Pray 1
Mandatory Respect
The Peoples Champ

and then he really finished off strong with perhaps his best three of the year in a row

Roc 2
No More Humble Fashion
In the Name of Prodigy

these I need to run back

Loyalty or Trust 2
Lucky 13
Alter Ego
Lord Talk Trilogy

a couple of personal thoughts...

Hand Me My Flowers was the one I was disappointed in most, mainly due to Buckwild production
Pete Rock came with some nice work on The Peoples Champ but album was too short
Lord Talk Trilogy I need to run it back but from what I remember it didnt sound like it was mixed well

Dirty Restaurant is my favorite project by Flee and even though it wasnt in 2020, it was basically within 12 months of his latest release
