I'm actually glad that one of hip hop's elder statesmen has had a consistent platform to voice his issues with what is going on with our culture and the music. I wish some of our more prominent artists would speak up unfettered about some of this shyt without pandering to the powers that be.

Meh. Sometimes you have to deal with unsavory characters to get your message across to a wider audience. Vlad using him, he's using Vlad. Whatever.

Do you look at him like he is some enlightened sage that is going to point out all the wrong in the world and make some cacs mad while doing it or do you think he is some old head that has been around the block a couple times and like to speak his mind whether his points are valid or not?

No actually there are two more possibilities.
1. Jamar is an attention seeking fakkit that loves the attention and conjures up controversy for giggles. DJ vlad is also a fakkit and they do this for profits
2. Jamar has a platform to talk on and he enjoys doing it. He probably just wants to express his opinion. DJ Vlad sees that for some reason he can keep bringing jamar on his show and it gives him a lot more attention and views than he is used to so he constantly feeds him talking points until he finally says something that will draw controversy and video views. He might even have something on Jamar that we dont know about. I feel like something is fishy going on with how often he is there. This is the most likely situation.

Again, I haven't heard ONE thing Jamar has said out his mouth that I think he doesn't believe. And mostly everyone I know personally, that has followed his segments on Vlad, agrees with almost everything he's said.
