The principal's reasoning for the defense is that it wasn't offensive becase it fostered conversation, and the students will not be punished and the pictures will continue to be hosted at the school's image site.


So I don't have a point. The one just reminded me of the other, and the principal's reasoning reminded me of Lord Jamar's hypothetical excuse put into Yelawolf's mouth. That, and the madness of such a display on a day which Raw Story describes as "a Jewish festival day commemorating the deliverance of the Jews from a Persian plot to murder them." Which goes back to Lord Jamar's point that the flag may be fine for the country and western genre, but it is not fine for hip hop and is offensive in hip hop.

It all makes sense in my head.

I'm not going to mince my words on this, but, fukk the Confederate flag, the Confederate dead soldiers, the Sons of the Confederacy (look them up on google), and anything else relating to those fukk ass people. And if you associate with that flag...fukk you too. Kanye. Yelawolf. Whoever. fukk that flag and everything it stood for.
