He's too successful for them, and a lot of posers like to hate on Em because they feel they makes them look more "Hip Hop". We all know who those people are. I can't say I f*cked with his catalogue much after The Eminem Show, but dude has always been nice with it. Gotta give the credit where it's due. Can't front on the talent.

Or maybe the people that slander Em realize he hasn’t made any good listenable music since that Eminem Show/8 Mile era. Outside of Lil Wayne, ‘Em is probably the most celebrated legend whose catalog is mostly terrible. His sure skill is undeniable, especially 20 years ago, but he’s been a flat out bad actual artist since Encore. He’s basically Canibus status with a white skin stimulus.

Mel ain’t infallible and he always shytting on somebody so if it’s anybody who SHOULDNT be bytching about someone dissing him it’s him. Em ain’t did an interview, ain’t tweet, none of that bullshyt. He responded on the Mic. And I don’t even think it was good and neither was Mel’s response. But they should be able to spar it out.

The slander Em gets comes off as a trend at this point and I feel like Em been dropping mostly dirt for like 2 decades now. Muthafukkas is emotional like bytches these days where if they don’t like someone they lose all logic and start saying ridiculous shyt. He gets way more love than slander the slander is a backlash to the way cacs overrate him I simple as that you’re talking about a people who have had the same shyt happen before in regards to white heroes in black music
Rappers like Nas and Jay could not have ems output and still be constantly mentioned in top five discussions there’s a bias in place there obviously

I don’t care about his race. There's been mad white MC's. Most of them have been trash. Dude is nice with it. White or not. I'm not giving him credit because he's white. I'm giving him credit because he can outrap a lot of people. Just like Redman and Treach said about him. Why front on dude's talent? I think we've all heard enough music over the past 30+ years to be able to tell who can spit and who can't.

The thing that irritates me the most about him is not his actual views. It’s the fact that he will 100% compromise them for a check, do it right in front of you, then go right back to talking his talk like nothing happened.
He is nice, that’s never the contention there are hundreds of nice rappers with not even the modicule of success he has, Mos Def is nice, Black Thought is nice, Chino Xl is nice, Canibus was nice, Big Pun Lupe Fiasco, that has never been enough for majority of nice black rappers.
The fact he can release countless of bad projects and still be mentioned in top 5 discussions is a thing owing to his race simple as, the fact he can be by far the biggest selling rapper of his era in this new digital age is also partly owing to his race also, Nas Jay and countless rappers wouldn’t get away with making songs as bad as Just Lose It, or Without Me, he operate in a different sphere because of his privilege he proudly admits himself, so any backlash he gets is relating to that and is far overruled by the amount of love he gets, in comparison to similar rappers of a different race.
