Very underrated movie... this and The Weather Man were the last good big budget Hollywood movies Nic Cage before he fell off and his films became extremely hit or miss.

Michael Mann was supposed to direct a movie based around Viktor Bout called 'Arms and the Man" who Lord of War was also based on but I guess this movie cancelled that.
