Not reason it’s “cheaper” is because it’s mostly black and we all know real estate in this county love to devalue black homeownershipI heard that they’re gentrifying it to a certain degree. I checked it out when I was in LA a few years ago; It is indeed a really nice area, and it’s cheaper than the other hill areas in LA, with possibly better views. It should be no surprise that other races wanna live there (again).
