i went nba all star weekend you better plan ahead where you going

nothing worse than superbowl in the bay though basically had to plan your night outtings about 2 pm Them lil 1 way streets in San Francisco couldnt handle that shyt at all

At the beginning of december, we were in vegas and my brother in law was tellin me how the olympics bein in LA is gonna be yet another reason the COL is gonna get even higher in LA.

And dont get me wrong, I like sports, but when new stadiums get built, like the joint in Inglewood, it aint always a good thang

Yup. Brazil still sick from that stadium they built for the 2014 World Cup. nikkas paid $300 Mil, and ended up turning that bytch into a parking garage.

During the summer? I doubt that seriously. They've got plenty of buildings with lease signs on them they can easily renovate with bare minimum materials and stick all these folks in there

What’s your motivations for being here? Long term stay and build? Unless you’re making 150k+ buying a house here is not feasible. And if you’re making that much, whatever you’re buying is vastly subpar compared to the rest of the country. Renting will drain you and leave you w/ nothing to show for it. Unless you’re buying property outside any of the cities and commuting …the real estate market here is complete trash. Choosing to commute? Good luck spending hours in aggressive traffic every day. If you wanna experience cali short term, go for it …come here watch the exploding homeless & mentally ill population and crime but I promise you are quickly gonna understand why people leaving here in droves.

Thanks. That was my understanding. I just had to ask because I see a few ppl from my city left and moved to LA. I have no idea why cuz these nikkas aren’t rich by any means….I know one guy makes at least 75k and works from home but 75k ain’t shyt in Cali. I just wanted to see if I’m hating or not.
