The point is they deserve a hearing. You have to provide them housing while they are held.

well the law should be followed, and the law can be and should be changed, most of them cant qualify for amnesty anyways, whatever needs to be done to speed up the process has to be done to get them shipped out as soon as possible to send the message that people shouldn't come here illegally
the issue of housing cant be isolated from the overall issue as you are trying to do, the overall issue is what are they doing here and why do think they its ok to come here illegally, even if you find housing for them that does nothing to solve the issue and its just a signal of incompetence and a sign that there are more children coming
the housing issue is just the last step and fulfillment of obama listening to la raza and sending the message to these countries that he wont enforce the law,
it would have never gotten to this point if obama hadnt been trying to pass amnesty
