Dude, I remember I was going to work in Harlem with my two latina (very good looking women BTW) co workers at this job I used to work in Midtown in 2014...we were just talking on the train on the way and some white guy was just staring at me the whole time like he wanted to kill me. I heard about this case yesterday and it makes me so angry!

They need to charge those managers as well; how was he not fired with all those allegations against him? Why was he allowed to be around her, alone?

They failed to show due diligence by not protecting her, a minor at that and by creating a non-safe and hostile work environment.

She had asked for different shifts and later about more hours and all they told her was that she would have to work with him then. What? This piece of sh!t shouldn't even be there.

He was allegedly f@kking one of the female managers there so that probably played a big part as well.

I agree, blood is on their hands as well, I wish the manger would face charges too.Once she complained and the accusations were substantiated, which I’m sure was easy, he should have been fired and barred from the premises . They allowed this child, a baby with a full life ahead of her to be mentally tortured for a year then brutally murdered.
