Every single time I have a “good month” (I co-own and operate two businesses) I’m eating more and like shyt tbh and it’s easier to gain weight

If I have a “bad month” it’s normal for me to magically lose 20 fuccin pounds and shyt

shyt is insane. I know it’s tied to the money/food situation lol

Yes and no but having money and access to any food you want is a bad combo especially when you don’t have family to feed and it’s only you feasting.

On the flip side you can be broke AF and eating cheap shyt like junk food/fast food and high sodium shyt like ramen, which will have you looking chunky (and very unhealthy)

These days it legit costs to eat consistently healthy
