Stats usually become stupid when you don't understand them.
There are more accurate ways today to assess value and what happens on the court than just the traditional points/rebounds/assists/steals/blocks slash line.
The people resisting advances in analytics are just going to be left behind.

He's right. Analytics have a purpose of reaffirming what you see in my opinion.The problem is the analytic cats want to use the numbers and not apply nuance to the situations those players are in to shyt on them.
