understand further. the NY law changed to allow late term abortions when necessary to protect the life/health of the mother or if the kid is basically going to be stillborn/dead. this is the same thing as allowed in roe v wade which is decades old and this is still allowed in these new heartbeat bills as well. understand, there is literally no reason for these new restrictions other than they want to ban abortions and they think they have the court to back it up.

if a woman is going to risk dying while giving birth, she has every right to terminate the pregnancy at any point

anyone who claims otherwise is a monster

your imaginary friend killed every firstborn child in egypt. it's also his will that tons of babies are aborted through miscarriage

please explain why you think this guy cares about abortions :ehh:

They brought it upon themselves when they tried to kill the first born Hebrew males :ehh: Cosmic law buddy. :coffee:

More black babies :yeshrug:

people who think this means more black babies are a bit confused i think

its like this.... if this goes to supreme court and they rule there is no constitutional right to an abortion, that means that it will be left to states to decide the abortion rules and they wont be restricted by a constitutional case like roe v wade. its not like there will be a nationwide ban on abortion. so you can assume most bible belt and middle of nowhere states will restrict abortions. but the funny part is most black people don't live in those states. for example, new york has like 3 times as many black people as louisiana and new york isn't strict on abortions. :francis:

plus conservative states like louisiana didn't have that many abortions to begin with so it won't effect them as much as if it was a place like DC which has a high 3 times the rate of abortions as louisiana (louisiana is actually below the national average abortion rate).:francis:

bottom line is it seems like this won't effect as many black people who want to have abortions because they either live in a liberal state or because they were conservative to begin with.
