Facts.

White men are only desired for perceived status versus "ease." Dating shows are mostly going to feature white men and those white men are going to prefer their own race. White boys don't like having to think and change. They want what's easy and familiar. The producers ALSO want to promote the idea that whites are most desirable. They screen carefully so that the whites mostly prefer whites and then they pick Black/Asian/Hispanic contestants that are open minded. They're not picking NOI/Five Percenter type nikkas that hate white women. They want RGIII nikkas.
