Just cut up some fruit slices of whatever you prefer. Get some ice cold water and put the fruit in and let it sit overnight for me. When it comes to shyt like oranges and lemons I like to peel as much skin off as I can so that way all that's in there is fruit. I thought about getting one of those cups with the whisk ball that people use for protein shakes so I can get some juices mixed in a lot better with the water.
