Neither. You need both fat and carbs. It’s about the kind of carbs (fiber filled grains, veggies, fruits)you consume, and when you consume them. The same with fat—in moderation good fats (olive oil, coconut, nuts, avocado) are good for you. Keto and other low carb diets have been shown to not be sustainable in the long term and are often difficult to stick with if your really busy. The best diet is well rounded, so that your getting the nutrients you need from each group, have energy, and can sustain in the long term. Work out, eat less than you burn (unless your trying to build), cut back on processed food and sugars though.

Depends what you tolerate better.

Calories in calories out to create a deficit is the overall goal. How you wanna get there is preference

I’ll cut carbs before I’ll cut fats because protein and fats are more filling to me and I won’t go crazy the way I will if left to my devices with carbs.
