Do what works best for you. I’ve never lost weight or gotten in shape from a low carb diet. Tbh I’ve lost more weight eating carbs with little protein than the opposite. But I’ve found that I feel the best and look best when I eat well rounded diet, lots of water and work outIdk. I’m back to eating breads again or I should say flour based foods, and it keeps me hungry, even ravenous at times. When I was eating the same meal everyday (20 chicken wings) and a side of veg, I was so well formed, now I’m bloated and watery. Funny cuz I just started low carbing again this week but now I’ll probably use fish or chicken thighs.
