Idk. I’m back to eating breads again or I should say flour based foods, and it keeps me hungry, even ravenous at times. When I was eating the same meal everyday (20 chicken wings) and a side of veg, I was so well formed, now I’m bloated and watery. Funny cuz I just started low carbing again this week but now I’ll probably use fish or chicken thighs.
Do what works best for you. I’ve never lost weight or gotten in shape from a low carb diet. Tbh I’ve lost more weight eating carbs with little protein than the opposite. But I’ve found that I feel the best and look best when I eat well rounded diet, lots of water and work out
