Cheap ass MJ. Of all the coaches on the market he goes out and get the cheapest 1 money can buy. My heart goes out to fans of that franchise.

In fairness to him, it's not as if people were breaking down the doors to coach for them.

The only thing Jordan coulda probably did was wait for Indiana for lose to interview Shaw, but it's not like Jordan turned down the Sloan's and McMillan's of the world to hire this guy.

The bigger mistake was firing Dunlap even though there shouldn't have been any real results to desire.

Yet Brian Shaw is getting overlooked :smh:

Pacers won't let Shaw get an interview until their season is over.

Jordan could've had damn near any assistant on the market. 2 years in a row he hires unknowns. This is the worst franchise in the league for a reason. The penny pinching has got to stop. The worst thing in sports is to be a fan of a team that doesn't want to win as bad as the fans want it to.

9 seasons as the worst franchise in the NBA and can't get the 1st pick once :beli:

Just off the top of my head, the players we've either passed on or just missed in drafts: Dwight Howard, Chris Paul, Deron Williams, Brandon Roy, Aldridge, Brook Lopez, Anthony Davis....and on and on and on...

Not to mention we brought a franchise back in '04. ONE YEAR after one of most talented draft classes in NBA history. No way Stern was lettin us get Bron but Melo, Bosh, or Wade would've been in Charlotte :sadcam:

Can't blame that shyt on Stern. Stern didn't make yall draft who you drafted and pass on who you passed on. Had to done simple shyt like drafting Klay or Faried over Biyombo or Brad Beal or Barnes over MKG you would be an 8th seed right now.

I didn't blame anything on Stern. I just said he wasn't allowing Bron to go anywhere but Cleveland in '03.

Klay couldn't have done anything more than what Henderson did these past 2 years, Beal stayed hurt all year, but I do agree with taking Barnes over MKG. I don't think those few things would've made us a 8 seed either. I will say, almost every draft pick we've made, aside from proabably Felton and Kemba, were the wrong picks.

Klay would be the best player on the Bobcats. He's a 3rd option here, he would be the 1st option there. He'd drop at least 22 nightly.

Other than 3 point shooting, I'm not sure what Klay does better than Henderson.

:heh: @ the coach needing to be replaced.

This roster is

3 undersized chuckers (Kemba, BG, Razor Ramon)
2 complementary glue players (MKG, Henderson)
shytload of project bigs that can't play (Bismack, Tyrus, McRoberts, Diop, Mullens)

I don't doubt they'll fukk up again in this draft, maybe quadruple-down on project bigs and get an Alex Len, maybe MJ will double down on Gonzaga and get Olynyk or something ridiculous.

Man watching them was hilarious. Like any game they'd play would be "over" moments from it starting.

Every possession ends with some terrible deep wing jumper and Mike Dunlap would constantly do those stupid little peptalk type claps when they'd walk into the huddle knowing that they had no fukking chance every night :russ:

the talent level is so bad comparative to the league that no X's-n-O's coach can save them. Once the first 20 of 60 losses per year gets going and they're like 10 games outta the playoffs, the players will tune the coach out since nothing the coach says will be coming true. They'll just be getting blown out and giving the old cac coach this face :dahell: on the reg.

They need a former player who can actually keep them motivated through losing seasons until their talent level can be rebuilt through the draft. Then they can bring in the X's-n-O's coach to sharpen them up to take them to the next level.

With tanking season starting early next year for 2014-Draft and Charlotte being horrible, I think I'll bet $50 against them every game like that one dude did the Pirates when they sucked.
