Low Key, Chief Keef has the potential to drop a better album than Food & Liquor 2

there ain't nothing wrong with making a non-lyrical album that bangs. Enjoy it for what it is.

Let's not act like this guy is the sure shot. He's strong in his lane. But he needs to stick with what he sticks with. Cause this other shyt is borderline WOAT.

The songs are well structured and you can feel what he's saying.

Structure? What fukking structure, dude barely puts any words together. He raps like he's reading the lyrics off of his hand written in magic marker and the words are written too small.

You may not like this music, but personally I love a lot of his music.

Then you're a moron.

He has the mic presence to not let Chop's beats over shadow him too much.

What fukking mic presence, the only thing noteworthy about Keef's music are his beats. The beats always overshadow him, because he has the mic presence and charisma of cardboard.

Do you run/ go to the gym? Do you play your music loud in your car (assuming you own one)? Keef's music has a time and place whether you like it or not.

That only speaks for the production (Which would make for good whip music), and not Chief Keef as a rapper you idiot, which is what we're arguing here.

Keef isn't as energetic as Wacka Flocka, or has good as delivery as Jeezy does. Dude is Lil B with dreads, and that's being generous.

:umad: It's only entertainment. Remember what I said about "good" music being relative.

fukkk outta here, talking about Keef's mic presence and whatnot lollll, that stuff is nonexistent for him.

Dude is the Lil B/Soulja Boy strain of rappers, dudes that spit hot garbage over a catchy beat, and is pretty much the definition of being carried by his production 100%. You're speaking as if Keef is Prodigy or DMX or someshyt.

With that said, there is a few thigs that worry me about Keef.
In particular, the fact that so much of his persona on Back From the Dead was based on being a youngn straight out the hood, being as close as you can get to the grimiest of environments. This new album, is of course about finally being rich. The come up and how he was able to get out of the dire circumstances and achieve a lot of his goals and dreams.
The question is where does he take it from here?
Will he get stale if he keeps just rapping about being a rich rapper, when the thing that made him popular originally was the exact opposite of that?

I don't fukk with Keef at all on any level. I predict the album with be incredibly repetitive and have a 2 week max shelf life. IF he somehow manages to have a lot of different sounds and not limit himself to that one flow one style type of shyt the album might be tight,

still a longer shelf life than F&L2 though :yeshrug:
