Rugrats, Hey Arnold, and Doug is better than any Cartoon Network cartoon pre 2003. I really only fukked with The Powerpuff Girls and Dexter’s Laboratory. Johnny Bravo was cool too. nikkas talking about Samurai Jack but Avatar came out around the same time and crushed the buildings.

Doug/Arnold and the early Rugrats before they had the movie were top tier, I'd give you that much. Wasn't much fukking with them back in the day.
