The only ones i wasn't familiar before Steven A was Bloviate and Pontificate. which is because these are less common ways of saying more commonly used words related to people talking too much or going on and on about nothing and Steven A is honestly the only person that uses these words regularly.

Not really. Just most people don't use those big words in everyday talking regardless of the language being spoken. Most people use basic words most of the time. That's why if you learn the common words of another language you do a lot with just those 100-200 words iirc. When you get online where it is a lot of overcompensating you see people using big words more often then in most regular convos.

Man been on TV going on two decades now, of course his vocabulary will sound the same after awhile.

That + he knows he's a character. He uses his key words/phrases on purpose. It's his brand.
