I honestly don't know if he gets a major program job again. He may need to go back to the mid-tier schools like Cincinnati to build his reputation back up
But then again, a school like Arkansas will probably throw a bag at him

Money should be poured into coordinators/assistants if they get Sumrall. Probably Kelly’s biggest failures; House on defense and Sloan on offense. Bad coordinator hires can kill you, especially when you're the CEO type
Come on, who does LSU think they are? College Football in on the verge of being cooked. I know Kelly underachieves at times, but the landscape is different now. Most P4's have money and these old SEC powerhouses can't horde 5 stars anymore. Who's replacing Kelly? That's a pressure cooker job, Florida too. If a coach can get $2-4 million a year at a G5, that's going to be the move going forward for some of these college coaches in the future if they can't get into the NFL. That $10 million plus a year job at a high pressure school is great money, but if you can't win, the NIL treasure chest isn't big, and you're not hitting on the portal... good luck. The alumni, big boosters, and students are going to be on your azz nonstop!
