If you have 50 friends, all of them living in the hood should you drop 300k on all of them + maintenance? Or help them help themselves? That's like 15 million cash just in houses, Luda was eating but people are not dropping 15 million + maintenance on charity.

Besides that most people wouldn't even accept that from their friends, they would rather receive some help in whatever they would like to do. And as well all know, Luda helped 2 Chainz and now he's rich.

Breh Ludaversal outsold a 2 Chainz album with Lil Wayne all over it

Define relevance at this point with 2 Chainz
Club bangers/bu bu bu but the hoes like it
2 chainz has been far more relavent as far as music then Luda has for at least 5+ years.

that ludaversal album did young thug numbers :heh:
Ludaversal-62/73k debut
Collegrove-34/53k debut

Better to reign in Hell than serve in Heaven
Why though?:dwillhuh:

Luda has one of the greatest flows of all time. He arguably murdered Nas and Jada on their own shyt back in the day. I don't know why people just brush him off like that. Is it because he's looked at as corny these days?:jbhmm:
these days??

luda was ALWAYS seen as a corny funny rapper... then he'd try to throw in his guns/street/beat up nikkas lines and nikkas would be like :stopitslime:

he was a party rapper that had the tracks to get the hoes dancing... his flow and raps was tight but nobody respected him cause he was a radio dj who just started rapping out the blue

i remember interviews with him crying about how nobody respected him even tho he was currently selling huge numbers... i remember him being mad at jay when jay was president... cause he said "only people who move units is em, pimp juice and us" and luda was on the label constantly doing triple plat but jay wouldn't say shyt about hiim

now this video was from December 2001. Luda done blew up after his first album in 2000 which went 3x platinum. his second album in 2001 sold 3x platinum. breh probably had a major advance from Def Jam to start the label.

breh had him living with his momma in the hood of ATL, in a small ass house with a fukked up toilet.

and this here is the reason why nikkas get cut the fukk out when they man blow up

you out here grinding to get on... you get a deal... you write all your raps.. you make all your songs.. you put in work and time and effort and put it out... your hard work pays off

and the second nikkas see you... it's "b-b-b-b-b-b-b-but are you going to save me breh"

so fukk my mom, pops and if they need a home and bills paid.... fukk me and the house i need... fukk the fact i'm making 10-20 cents a record... fukk my kids and making sure they never have to work again... fukk my brother and sister and aunts and uncles and grandparents and anybody else i have to take care of

within 1 year of "making it" not even knowing how much my actual take home pay is... you already think a nikka supposed to save your ass, without you writing a damn verse or doing a motherfukking thing called work.... and i'm supposed to swoop in and buy you a house??????????????? :mindblown::mindblown::mindblown:

then when i buy you one... what's my other 10-15 closest friends going to ask for? should i take care of them too?

I wonder if these two are on speaking terms now. It was said at one point they'd walk past each other in the Def Jam building like they were total strangers.
