Without seeing footage of the actual shooting we can't say anything conclusive.

According to Chaka's lawyer he was one of the four individuals who jumped him so he wasn't an innocent bystander.
If there is no other footage beyond this then Chaka is good.

I dunno, brehs. I'm not a lawyer. Not sure where 'stand your ground's comes into play. It didn't look like the incident was broken up, to me. nikkas was still moving around, active
