Ludacris' music has aged terribly and it's high time we acknowledge it

his music was what it was; just a bunch of fun and entertainin' frivolous music. so with that said, i still enjoy it for what it is BUT has never been this world renowned great artist or rapper for that matter. just a nikka who knew how to make good and or catchy music for the most part

i like ludacris because he takes me back to time when i was still havin fun, goin' to clubs, me and all my nikkas was still cool

lol at the busta disrespect in here :mjlol:

busta is one of the most talented rappers of all time. he can rap on any beat, he got flows for days, some of his music may have been corny, but at least he can sound different. Luda been literally the same slow to mid pace, drop a few punchlines, rapper.

You can tell this thread had a lot of people mad in here. A lot of people didn't want to admit it. And the ones who said "I'll take it over today's rap" are agreeing with OP's statement

only one i kinda cringe at is "Number One Spot" cuz the references and puns are so dated.
:mjlol: he really thought he was bout to he top 5 with them wack ass bars.

So many of his bars were straight corny.

But who let these hoes in my room is still my jam.

Music that is primarily beat and punchline driven doesn't have a long shelf life.

To have longetivity, it needs to have a deeper connection to people.
